Does PremiumBags deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. All information about worldwide shipping can be found here.

How long does it take for the delivery to arrive?

Orders placed and paid directly Monday to Friday before 2 PM are usually shipped the same day.

  • Europe: 2–8 business days
  • Worldwide: 1–2 weeks
Can I track the delivery?

After your order, you will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation. You can also view the order status online at any time in your customer account.

Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?

PremiumBags delivers with DHL. This provides you with the following benefits: reliable delivery, online shipment tracking, Saturday delivery, delivery to DHL Packstations.

Are there any additional customs or import charges?

Please expect additional customs and import costs to be borne by the recipient for deliveries to Switzerland or other non-EU countries.

Can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account.

How can I return my goods?

You can return your ordered items easily & quickly in our returns portal.

How does the return process work?

Report the return in the Returns Portal and create a DHL label. Pack the item securely, include the return form, and drop off the package at a branch, at a parcel station, or with the delivery person. Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed automatically. Please note that only unused and undamaged items with tags will be refunded.

How long can I return my order?

You can return your ordered goods within 30 days.

Who pays the return costs?

For orders with a goods value of 50 euros or more, the return is free for you. Returns from abroad must be handled at your own expense.

When and how will I receive the refund?

Refunds are made to the originally selected payment method within 5-7 days.

Complaint

Does PremiumBags offer a warranty on the items?

Yes, all products have a legal warranty of 2 years. Many manufacturers also offer an extended warranty. There is no warranty claim for self-inflicted damages or transport damages.

What to do in case of incorrect delivery or defective goods?

Upload photos of the damage in our Returns Portal . After inspection, you will receive a DHL return label. Repairs take about 2–4 weeks. If a self-repair is possible, we will send you suitable replacement parts free of charge.

No, besides the online shop, our core is our physical store in the WestPark Shopping Center in Ingolstadt.
