How long will it take for the delivery to arrive?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 p.m. and paid for directly are usually dispatched on the same day.

Can I track the delivery?

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation . You can also view your order status online at any time in your customer account.

Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?

PremiumBags ships with DHL . This means you benefit from the following advantages: reliable delivery, online tracking, Saturday delivery, and delivery to DHL Packstations.

Are there additional customs or import costs?

For deliveries to Switzerland or other non-EU countries, please expect additional customs and import costs to be borne by the recipient.

How can I return my goods?

You can return your ordered items quickly and easily via our returns portal .

How does the return work?

Register your return in the returns portal and create a DHL label. Pack the item securely, enclose the return form, and drop off the package at a branch, a Packstation (parcel locker), or with the delivery driver. Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed automatically. Please note that only unused and undamaged items with labels will be refunded.

How long can I return my order?

You can return your ordered goods within 30 days .

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Returns are free of charge for orders over €50. Returns from abroad are at your own expense.

When and how will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5-7 days.

Complaint

Does PremiumBags offer a guarantee on its items?

Yes, all products come with a two-year statutory warranty . Many manufacturers also offer an extended warranty. Damage caused by the customer's fault or transport damage is not covered by the warranty.

What should I do if the goods are delivered incorrectly or are defective?

Upload photos of the damage in our returns portal. After review, you will receive a DHL return label. Repairs take approx. 2–4 weeks. If self-repair is possible, we will send you suitable spare parts free of charge.
